Returns & exchanges

You have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, no explanation needed. To initiate a return, contact us at info@florisalexander.com and we'll guide you through the process. Return shipping costs are at the buyer's expense. Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5 working days.

Please note that made-to-order and personalised pieces are exempt from the standard return right. This will be clearly indicated on the product page where applicable.

Pre-orders follow the same return policy as regular orders — your 14-day return window starts from the moment your order arrives.
